Finolex offers electrical wires for every segment of the market. Each wire is manufactured using more than 99.97% pure electrolytic grade, bright annealed bare copper with more than 100% conductivity. The conductor, made of multiple strands of finely drawn copper wires, offers great flexibility making it ideal for conduit wiring. The wires are insulated with a flame retardant (FR) PVC compound, specially formulated and manufactured in-house, using special grade PVC resin. The wires are ISI marked and approved by FIA/TAC.

Finolex Optic Fibre Cables are used for high bandwidth requirements in backbone, junction data centers and local access networks by Global & Indian Telecom Companies, Internet Service Providers, BSNL, MTNL, BharatNet, CATV operators etc. Finolex Optic Fibre Cables are also used to meet high-tech telecommunication needs including Ribbon Type High Fibre count cable for BharatNet, Digital India, FTTH, Smart Cities, Railways, Metro, Aerial cables along with Powerline and Fibre to the Antenna(FTTA) applications.

Finolex Fibre Optic Cables are available from 2 - 1728 fibre count in various designs and configurations including Central Loose Tube (Unitube), Multitube and Ribbon type which includes Armoured (Underground), Unarmoured(Duct), Aerial (ADSS & Fig 8), FTTH, Simplex, Duplex and Spiral Armoured type. The cables meet national and international standards like IEC, CCIT, Bell Core, TEC, BSNL, RDSO, etc. An IS/ISO 9001:2015 / TL 9000 certified company, Finolex Cables Limited is a pioneer in manufacturing cables in India and has been awarded by Department of Telecommunication for its significant contribution to the BharatNet project. The Pune plant manufactures patented LXE designed (central tube) cables basis technology support from Lucent. The second plant setup in Goa specializes in manufacturing of cables up to 1728 Fibre count. Both these plants have been awarded TL 9000 certification and are fitted with the latest equipment from Europe and USA.

Finolex has also set up a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to produce various types of Optical Fibres in India with annual capacity of 2.5 million fibre kms. Finolex uses world’s best preforms to manufacture finest Optical Fibres like G.652D, G.652D with low loss, G655, G.657A1 and G.657A2. The Optical Fibre Cables Division is a major supplier to reputed organizations like Reliance Jio, BSNL, BBNL, MTNL, Airtel, Vodafone-Idea and Tata. All products are also supplied for large projects of Railways, Defence, Indian Navy, Metro Projects, Solar farms, Wind farms, Data Centers, Oil & Gas pipe lines, Power plants, Oil refineries & Atomic power plants in India and abroad.

FinOptic-LBLF(G657A1) is a Low Bend Loss Single mode fibre designed for transmission systems over the entire range from 1260 to 1625 nm range. FinOptic-LBLF (G657A1) has excellent bending performance and also result in lower attenuation in challenging applications & it is optimised for use in Fibre To The Home (FTTH) operations. FinOptic-LBLF meets or exceeds ITU Recommendations G657(Category A), IEC 60793-2-50(TypeB1.3)

FinOptic-NZDSF fibre is designed to operate across a window of wavelengths near 1550nm with small amount of dispersion. FinOptic-NZDSF fibre is optimized for use in national long haul backbone networks. Due to its lower dispersion in the 1550nm window it is an ideal and cost effective solution for DWDM operations. FinOptic-NZDSF meets or exceeds ITU Recommendations G655.
